Front- and backoffice employee (24 hours)

We are Willems Baling Equipment, a growing company with over 70 employees. We specialize in designing and building complete packaging solutions and are a global leader in the field of baling presses, bundling machines, fill/form packaging machines, and related equipment. We manage the entire process in-house — from engineering, production, and assembly to automation and service.

What will you be doing?

As a Front & Back Office Assistant, you’ll join a team of five colleagues who together support the organization across various administrative areas. You have a strong sense of hospitality and, along with the team, you are the first point of contact and the face of Willems for visitors at our reception. Your workday will be filled with a variety of engaging tasks, including:

  • Managing purchasing and sales administration
  • Processing project orders and financial claims
  • Answering incoming calls as a team and directing them to the right colleagues
  • Handling, registering, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organizing business travel for our field staff
  • Supporting the sales department by publishing content on the website and social media

What do you bring?

  • A completed MBO or HBO degree in an administrative or economic field
  • A few years of experience in an administrative position
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English (German and French are a plus)
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A precise and structured way of working, with the flexibility to switch easily between tasks
  • A service-oriented and customer-friendly mindset
  • Experience with the ERP system Ridder iQ is a plus
